2. Product Information & Availability

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, errors may occur. Product colors may vary due to lighting or screen differences. Inventory is subject to change without notice.

3. Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you agree that all information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted. We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. Payments are processed securely by trusted third-party services (Stripe, PayPal, Square). We do not store full credit card numbers.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Pickup

We offer Canada-wide shipping, local GTA delivery where applicable, and in-store pickup. Shipping estimates are approximations only and delays caused by carriers or weather are outside our control. Customers are responsible for accurate shipping information.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Our return policy is posted separately. Seasonal items are final sale. Items must be in unused, sellable condition with original packaging unless defective.

6. Seasonal Merchandise

Holiday items (Chanukah, Purim, Pesach, Sukkos, etc.) are not returnable and are considered final sale.

7. Intellectual Property

All content—including product photos, descriptions, graphics, and branding—is property of Crown Judaica or its content providers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written consent.

8. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the site.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crown Judaica is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data, profit, or business caused by use of the site or third-party service delays.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Crown Judaica harmless from claims, losses, or expenses arising from misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.
