Refund & Return Policy

At Crown Judaica, we aim to ensure a positive shopping experience. Due to the nature of Judaica products—especially seasonal holiday items—our return policy reflects standard practices in the industry.

1. General Return Policy

Returns on regular merchandise are accepted within 14 days of purchase or delivery, provided that:

• Items are unused and in brand-new, sellable condition
• Original packaging, tags, and accessories are included
• Proof of purchase is provided

2. Seasonal & Holiday Items

All seasonal and holiday-related merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned.

This includes items for:

• Chanukah
• Purim
• Pesach
• Sukkos
• Any holiday-specific or time-sensitive product

Due to rapid turnover and low margins, we cannot accept returns on seasonal items before or after Yom Tov, regardless of condition.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours with photos. We will offer a replacement, repair, or store credit depending on the situation.

4. Final Sale Items

• Seasonal merchandise (all holidays)
• Clearance items
• Personalized or custom products
• Used items
• Items without original packaging

5. Refund Method

Approved returns may be issued as:

• Store credit
• Exchange

Refunds to the original payment method may be provided at our discretion. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
